Straight forward:
We make an effort to pack your goods as well as possible to prevent transport damage, but we can not take responsibility for the way the shipping agent treats the package during shipping. So we do NOT refund or replace damaged goods.
But we ship all our packages 100% insured against damage or loss.
So, who refunds or replaces, is the shipping company.
In order to be able to successfully file an insurance case, please follow this unpacking procedure:
ALWAYS do this:
1.) When you receive the package and note damage on the outside, take immediately pictures of it from all sides and if possible in the hands of the person that brings it to you. It is very unlikely to have broken goods in the package without the package showing signs of bad treatment on the outside.
2.) In case you find damaged goods when unpacking, please take a series of pictures of the broken piece and its packaging. Take pictures of each broken piece. Don't save on pictures, take as many as possible from different angles.
3.) Then inform us.
4.) We will send you a damage report form. Please fill it out and mail it back to us, together with your pictures.
5.) We will then file your insurance case an keep you updated on the result.
